How to Use Monzo Card abroad 2020
When you have a planned journey with your Monzo Bank Debit card, you are not charged any extra fees when you pay with your Monzo card. But you can withdraw 200 GBP without any additional fees after they charge per transaction 3% charges.

Thailand and did not find any difficulty using the card in shops in the airport, my hotel, and ATM machine.
Monzo Singapore
- Was never charged any fees for withdrawals. ATMs are prevalent and didn’t have any issues with card acceptance.
- Taxis accept card but charge an additional percentage fee. There are ATMs in the airport from what I remember.
- Cards are accepted for topping up the oyster-like passes for the MRT etc.
Monzo UAE
The only tip I have is finding the RAKBANK ATMs as they are free to use. All others seem to charge around 20AED per transaction. Download MasterCard Nearby app to check which ATMs around you can use and look out for ‘No Access Fee’.
