UK Private Limited Company Registration from Pakistan Complete Method

How to set up a limited company in four simple steps

 First, you make the setup account follow below. visit website Register Account

• UK Private Company Register, It costs £12 and can be paid by debit or credit card or Paypal account. Your company is usually registered within 24 hours.

• If you have already account so select No- I already started one, Otherwise choose Yes.

• Check before you start. Now you will click Continue to question after they will ask about payment.

• Here they ask do you will pay Company fees by Paypal or Card. You will choose the YES option. Then Continue…

• Is the New company asking over another business? Here you need to choose NO then click on Continue.

• Here also you need to choose NO then Continue…

• You will now create a Government user ID for this Company. Click on Green Button for Continue Application.

• You can personally email or business email address after type email then Continue again.

• You will receive Confirmation code on mail address. You can below screenshot email from the Uk Companies House confirmation code.

• Here you need to type your full name like ID or Passport then Continue.

• Choose here a Strong password for your safe account.

• Now finally your Government Gateway user ID for Register Company in UK Companies House. Now click Continue.

• Finally your reach Company Registration Step. Now you need to choose one above selection. I am going to choose the first option Company director.

• Here you will option NO them Save and Continue.

• On this page, you can see the above two options “Limited by shares” & “Limited by guarantee”. I choose here  Limited by Share. This is the most common type of Company.

• This page will show choose Company name. There is no difference between the name ending “Limited” or “Ltd” except for how they look. I choose “Limited”

• You need a UK office address or can use the home address for Registration. If you don’t have an address for Registration you can buy it here. Get UK to address for Companies House

Can I open a UK bank account as a non resident?

• Where will the company be registered? If you choose the first option “England and Wales” need a Virtual office in the same location. I have an office in England so I choose “England and Wales”.

• You need a Uk Phone number for more ways to contact “Your Company Limited”. If you don’t have the UK phone number Get here Number.

• When will the company start trading? I choose No plans to start trading or do a business activity yet.

• In its first months will the company do any of the following? You will choose here Last option “NO” then Save and Continue.

• What will the company be doing? Here you need to choose a category about business. For Example, I choose “Leather Clothes” You can choose as a service or Selling.

• Has anyone on this application ever sent a Secure Register or to ask companies House for protection? If you have ever sent a file to Companies House so choose “YES” otherwise choose “NO”

• Director’s details Here you fill in personal information like the owner (director) “Full Name” “If you living in Pakistan Choose otherwise currently location. Your Currently Nationality, Birthday, and Job title. You can see the above screenshot filled like that.

• After filling all detail in the last step confirm here once again then “Save and Continue“

• Check and confirm shareholders and shares. If you single director in Company then owns 100% share.

• Does “Your Name” have the right to appoint or remove the majority of company directors? This if you single high-value shareholder then can you can remove or add new Shareholder. Choose “YES” then Save and Continue.

• Check and confirm details of the persons in control of ” Your Company Name Limited“. You need carefully read all detail once time again then “Save and Continue“.

• Do you agree to form the company? Once time again here they ask you shareholder and Company name confirmation. You will select the option “Yes” like show Screenshot then “Save and Continue”.

• Create an electronic signature for “Your Name”. Here they show you once a time “Company Name” and “Shareholder Name“
• Choose 3 pieces of personal information. You need the choose the same option above photo, but 3 words pieces type yourself don’t copy like the screenshot.

• Congratulation! You now finally step “UK Private Limited Company” in Companies House Uk. Now you need to read very carefully all detail types yourself. When checking your all data after confirm and send Application to Companies House. When you Sent the next page for Payment after your Company will ready 3 to 4 working hours.
